• ÆGIS Electronic Systems, Inc ("ÆGIS") was incorporated on February 22, 1993, as a California corporation.    It is licensed by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors' State License Board as a general building contractor (B-1) and electrical contractor (C-10).    It is also licensed by the Bureau of Collections and Investigations as an alarm company operator.    The principals of ÆGIS have extensive backgrounds in business, construction, law and law enforcement.

• ÆGIS also sells, services and installs intercom systems, access control systems, closed circuit television systems, home theater systems and other custom electronic systems for residential and commercial applications.    Each product in the ÆGIS product line is made of first-class, state-of-the-art components, which are made by reputable manufacturers and contain excellent warranties on both products and installation.    ÆGIS also provides consulting services to business and residential clients to improve security and enhance life safety.
